Welcome to Ashleigh, on Vancouver's Cambie Corridor.

Ashleigh Oakridge, Peterson’s latest project, brings refined living to Vancouver’s coveted Westside. Our comprehensive video marketing strategy seamlessly blends aerial cinematography, architectural renderings, and curated footage to showcase this unique development.

Our video campaign spotlights three core elements: luxurious amenities, prime location, and sophisticated interiors. Through strategic partnerships with premium stock footage providers, we delivered versatile, high-impact assets optimized for web and social platforms, fulfilling our client’s marketing objectives while maximizing our existing relationships to provide holistic, turnkey solutions for Peterson.

The Challenge

In late 2024, Peterson was preparing for the launch of Ashleigh, a significant project consisting of three low-rise buildings in Vancouver’s coveted Oakridge neighbourhood. As one of Peterson’s first projects to bring to market, we understood their need to create a strong first impression. They specifically needed to showcase the project’s location benefits, surrounding amenities, and the high-quality finishes in their display suite – all while a physical property was yet to be built.

Peterson faced the additional challenge of needing to integrate new footage with existing footage and stock to tell a cohesive story. Beyond just beautiful footage, we realized that a sophisticated way to present this mixed media content was needed – to maintain the project’s premium positioning and ensure viewers could easily understand the context of what they were seeing, particularly when showcasing different aspects of the neighbourhood and amenities.

The Results

Wallop Film addressed these needs by creating a series of three videos that combined technical expertise with strategic design thinking. We conducted a full-day shoot at the display home, paying careful attention to detail by capturing both close-up shots of specific features (like cabinet details) and holistic views of the spaces.

Our team successfully integrated multiple sources of footage (new, existing, and stock) within a cohesive motion graphics framework that gave the videos a polished, professional feel. By incorporating carefully designed text overlays and graphics, we were able to provide necessary context to viewers while maintaining a stylish, uniform aesthetic throughout the series.

This design-forward approach ensured that even when switching between different types of footage, the videos maintained a consistent, premium feel that aligned with Peterson’s brand. The process was managed within the specified budget and timeline, and Wallop Film provided easy-to-use feedback tools that facilitated smooth collaboration between the teams.
