Signature at River Green stands as Richmond’s definitive waterfront development, offering luxury residences across 27 acres of Fraser River shoreline – located close to both YVR and downtown Vancouver.
Wallop Film has partnered with ASPAC Developments on this project to showcase both its architectural excellence, lifestyle, and strategic location.

The project features thoughtfully designed living spaces, wellness-focused amenities including the exclusive Club Signature retreat, and harmonious integration with nature through parks and riverside trails.
These elements combine to create a distinctive community that balances urban accessibility with waterfront tranquility – giving our team rich visual material to craft compelling video and stills content that celebrates this significant addition to Richmond’s landscape.

The Challenge

Wallop Film faced significant challenges in capturing Signature’s essence and future lifestyle without the finished development to showcase. However, this is something that we are used to navigating with our developer clients. Our experienced team, led by director Jerome Yoo, had to look for creative ways to convey the finished project’s luxury and appeal using the surrounding area and one internal showroom space.

Additionally, due to a hot late summer, our team faced the challenge of a dry surrounding environment rather than the lush one that was central to the development’s nature-connected identity. Filming the waterfront scenes required our team to navigate busy walkways, utilizing background elements with care, while maintaining consistent lighting across multiple shooting days.

The Results

To overcome these challenges, Wallop Film leveraged the existing natural beauty of Richmond’s waterfront, strategically composing shots that maximized the serene river views while minimizing any construction visibility. We utilized the developer’s show home for interior footage, carefully crafting scenes that evoked the aspirational lifestyle future residents would experience.

By conducting still photography simultaneously with video production, we optimized crew and equipment resources while ensuring visual consistency across all assets. In post-production, our team applied thoughtful color grading touches to enhance the environment’s vibrancy, transforming the dry landscape into the lush, verdant setting that aligns with Signature’s vision of waterfront living that seamlessly blends nature with luxury.
